Tips to prepare for online registration of artwork

For best user experience please register on your ipad, tablet or desktop.

Prepare a document from which you can copy or reference the information for each artwork being registered as follows: 

Mandatory information for Each Artwork

• Artwork Title
• Artwork Size in inches
• Artwork Value (for the purpose of insurance and sale, if applicable)
• JPG of artwork labelled with the following convention: ArtworkNumber_Lastname.jpg

For example:

• 01_Smith.jpg (for artwork 1)
• 02_Smith.jpg (for artwork 2)

Optional Information

• Artwork Description: describe your approach, style, medium, technique, or anything else that helps explain what makes your artwork unique (500 character limit)
• Instagram Profile 
• Facebook Profile 
• Website in the format: https;//mywebsite.com

Should your artwork feature recognizable individuals, the County of Wellington requires the completion of the Artwork, Photo, Video and Audio Consent Form. This is a mandatory legal requirement by the Wellington County Museum.  If you think you require this form, please contact us insights@elorafergusartscouncil.ca. The completed form can be emailed to insights@elorafergusartscouncil.ca or dropped off with your artwork.
